Beginner Yoga Video Series

No experience required! Come as you are! You can do this!
This three week Beginner Yoga Video Series will take you through the basics. You will receive one 40 minute video each week for 3 weeks focusing on basic yoga postures and how to achieve safe alignment through functional range of motion. We will address modifications, props and common misconceptions about the practice of yoga.
At the end of the 3 weeks, you will receive the link to a 30-40 minute Gentle Yoga Video Class to help you establish a regular your practice. This collection of online videos will remain available to you for an additional 4 weeks.
